The kitchen includes commercial cooking equipment, prep space, a walk-in refrigerator, freezer space, dry storage, and options for overnight storage.

For chefs and food businesses looking for more than a traditional commissary, we also offer a unique opportunity to operate a pop-up from the space during select days. Pop-up vendors can prepare and serve food on-site and sell directly to our existing customers during regular business hours as well as through delivery vendors such as DoorDash and Grubhub.
